John, Just a loose query
Did Medicine Head ever play any Gigs with Climax Blues Band ?
Both Bands came out of Stafford, Both had Success in the early-mid Seventies, Both had a love of the blues, and i think you have played with climax guitarist and songwriter Pete Haythingy,
(Sadly the query is prompted by having recently read about the recent sad passing of Climax Front/Sax man and songwriter Colin Cooper. )
The song on Stillgigging is excellant, Just as excellant is an old Song from State of the heart CD " everybody gets the blues sometime" This also dererves a reincarnation.
All the best to you John, Look Forward to catching up to you down the road apiece.

Isn't that frustrating when the computer gets all 'politically correct' on you and won't even type the artist's name because the last four letters happen to be c-o-c-k? Well, the guitarist you mentioned, Pete Hayc-o-c-k, has a great new band and is currently touring Europe under the name Pete Hayc-o-c-k's True Blues. The band is great and features another great guitarist named Glen Turner, and they trade solos and riffs back and forth like they are Siamese twins...great stuff. Highly recommend both of Pete's recent CDs: Bikers' Dozen and his new Live CD: Pete Hayc-o-c-k's True Blues, featuring Glen Turner -- info available on his website (must I type code once more?): www.petehayc-o-c-k (dot com)
